Kimberly A. Vitolo, BS, MS, IMFT

Kimberly Vitolo is a licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) with over 9 years of experience, providing couples and individual therapy to clients seeking to improve their relationships with themselves and others. She is passionate about exploring relationship dynamics and strengthening bonds within a partnership. She also has experience working with individual clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and mood disorders.

Kimberly has experience co-facilitating the Adolescent IOP and assisting in the DBT IOPs as well. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit the client's needs, including DBT, CBT, Solution Focused and Person-Centered Therapy. She also has specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method.

She earned her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, and her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Kent State University. Kimberly strives to use her empathy and her heart to facilitate a strong therapeutic relationship, working hard to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their vulnerability to ultimately experience growth and change.
