Samantha Gregory, LPC
Samantha is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and genuine connection. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kent State University and earned her Master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently practicing under the supervision of Dave Zavasky, Samantha has built a strong clinical foundation within community mental health settings, where she has extensive experience partnering with families, children, and adults alike.
In her practice, Samantha specializes in helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotion regulation difficulties, as well as those navigating behavioral concerns, family conflict, relationship stress, and significant life transitions.
Her therapeutic style is deeply collaborative, grounded, and relationship-centered. Samantha believes that meaningful healing occurs when people feel truly seen, heard, and safe to show up exactly as they are. To foster this growth, she integrates evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies, and attachment-focused interventions—while carefully tailoring each session to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the individual.
Ultimately, Samantha strives to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients can deepen their self-understanding, strengthen their coping skills, improve their relationships, and move toward lasting growth and healing.
Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with her cat, and recharging with quiet evenings at home.
