(Maddie McDowell Rabah, College Mental Wellness IOP) “The whole program was wonderful! You felt included, seen, and supported during check-ins.”
(Maddie McDowell-Rabah, College Mental Wellness IOP) “Maddie does a great job keeping everyone attentive and involved in the session. She is also great at really listening and getting to know each individual in the group.”
(Maddie McDowell-Rabah, College Mental Wellness IOP) “Providing a support system and education that follows a traumatic event that was
destabilizing. Through group sessions, the therapist and attendees helped make sense of difficult situations and feelings and then assisted in forming
a solution to move forward. The skills taught in the intense therapy will continue to help me grow as I improve on using them to cope after leaving
IOP.”
"The program (Madeline McDowell, College Mental Wellness IOP) was a great group facilitator. I always felt safe and welcome in group. I am thankful for the experience I had in IOP. It taught me a lot and made me feel safe and accepted."
(Maddie McDowell, College Mental Wellness IOP) “The IOP is AMAZING!!!! It helped me so much by providing a safe, comfortable space full of my peers in which I could learn and grow. Keep it up!!!!”
"(Madeline McDowell, College Mental Wellness IOP)By far the easiest and smoothest IOP I’ve ever attended. I feel that going in depth with the skills we learned over a 7-week period really taught me all the skills I could learn to manage my mental and physical health, and that there is a lot of hope out there for me."
"(Maddie McDowell, College Mental Wellness IOP) I think the thing that was the best about this program was the wide range of skills we learned and how they were very applicable to what us as college students were going through at this point in our lives. I enjoyed this group so much more than I could’ve imagined and it truly has changed my life and improved my mental health so much. I genuinely felt cared for by Maddie and the rest of the group and looked forward to every time know I had them for support and that I had the ability to support them back. For one of the times, I realized I wasn’t alone in what I go through and am so thankful for this group. The skills we learned, and the structure of the group were both so good. I would recommend this group to anyone."
"This group (Madeline McDowell, College Mental Wellness IOP) was structured wonderfully!! The way the skills were taught was straight forward and easy to follow making the process of utilizing skills seamless. This group has truly changed my life. My outlook feels transformed and I feel far more equipped to hand the obstacles and challenges life throws at me"
"(Madeline McDowell, College Mental Wellness IOP) Maddie was highly accessible throughout my time in her IOP, and she let me be highly involved in building a treatment plan that really worked on the heart of my issues. I always enjoyed her lessons because of the bright and colorful slides, and they were really interactive, which made the information easier to apply to my everyday life. I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for this program!"
"(Madeline McDowell, College Mental Wellness IOP) Allowing a space for individuals to connect with one another on a deeper level in order for them to improve who they are as a person and how to manage certain aspects of their mental health. It is a great environment to be in when you feel lost and need help in improving any aspect of your life while being in college. A great program that makes you feel supported, loved, and worthy. Honestly, I think the program is great and I would not change it. I liked every part of it! Thank you for this program! Truly you have changed my life for the better and I am so sad to be graduating. A lot of great people were a part of my experience, and I am so thankful for them. Especially, Maddie and Julie as they have helped me through things and always listen."
