Dr. Grayson is skilled in providing Gottman Method in couples therapy and Gottman Trauma and Infidelity-informed care. She utilizes Gottman's therapeutic methods to help build a lasting connection in couples. These techniques from her training help increase intimacy, create secure bonds, and strengthen a couple’s communication. Dr. Grayson’s approach to therapy is to help clients see through a new lens, empower themselves to make sense of their past, and move forward in creating more fulfilling, meaningful lives for themselves. She will work with you using various techniques to discover and better understand life’s challenges, find day-to-day stressors that detract from your life, and identify and practice techniques that will make you stronger and healthier. She believes the most important thing to remember is that while these may be your first steps on this new journey you are not taking them alone. Dr Grayson sees patients ages 18 and up for counseling.
