Which Program Is Appropriate for Me?

An IOP is often recommended for individuals who do not require medical supervision and can live at home. This type of program is designed to accommodate work/family schedules and begin a long-term recovery. The Behavioral Wellness Group offers 7 different IOPs.

    • Intensive Outpatient Programs are 3 times a week for 8 weeks.
    • Assessments are available within 48 to 72 hours.
    • Court-ordered Chemical Dependency assessments are also available.
  1. Dual Diagnosis IOP (OH) (hybrid program) for those with both a chemical dependency and mental health disorder.
  2. Health and Wellness IOP (OH) created for those with a mental, an emotional and/or physical condition working to regain life coping skills.
  3. Daytime or Evening Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) IOP (OH) for those struggling with intense emotions along with isolation and self-harming behaviors or thoughts.
  4. Adolescents (OH & SC) who need to focus more intensely on developing healthy coping skills.
  5. College Mental Wellness IOP (OH & AZ) for individuals ages 18-25 who are enrolled in higher education or currently taking “time off/gap” due to their mental health. Some stressors may include depression, anxiety, trauma, gaining independence, the stress of managing academics and social life, forming and maintaining relationships.
  6. In Person DBT Mental Health IOP (OH & SC) for those 18 years or older who may be struggling with past trauma, interpersonal relationships, emotion dysregulation, distress tolerance, and related mental health issues.
