Everyone has problems and issues. Some are better at coping than others. Some need help, guidance and encouragement to make it through these challenging times. I meet my clients where they are at with wanting to work on their treatment and assist them through those difficult moments.

"Erin Pawlak is a skilled, compassionate counselor and a wonderful person! I highly recommend her as a counselor and her IOP program for teens. It has been so very supportive for my family and life changing experience for my 17-year-old son! She is very responsive to teens and their families and teaches them skills for emotional and mental wellness that become lifelong assets in their personal life as well as school or career. I am so thankful for Erin and her program!"
"You have been a Godsend for my daughter & I’m forever grateful for Behavioral Wellness Group, the Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program, and finally to you, Erin, for being patient with us regarding CareSource, payments & for everything in between."
"Hi Erin, Once again I can't thank you and your practice enough for helping (my son) adopt a healthier outlook on life and the tools to help him maintain it. The great thing about learning all of that is that, in a way, you can't unlearn it. (My son) now has all these other more helpful thoughts pop up after he gets upset about something, keeping him far away from his "edge". I'm seeing it happen regularly, and as a mom, it's a wonderful thing to see."
"(Erin Pawlak, Adolescent IOP) They really cared about me getting better and helped me know that its possible for me to feel good about myself again."
(Erin Pawlak, Adolescent IOP) “I definitely feel that it was very fit for people like me. I very much appreciated the way I could talk super freely and receive the kind of support and advice I needed. Erin, and even a few members of our group, always were very supportive and never judge-y. We all had our differences, but Erin helped us all feel safe and connected with each other. I just know that I really improved from this.”
"Thank you Erin and Sarah for giving me life back. I will be forever grateful! Because of you two, I am happy again. I have my life back. You gave me my family back, a brother, son, grandson, nephew, great nephew, cousin and friend. November 15, 2018, I would never thought that life could go on. Now, I am happier than ever. "
"Erin, I honestly don't know how you handle all this so well, but we are blessed you chose this for your career. You have been such a positive change for our family through the most challenging time I have faced. Thank you."
"I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for them—your group is such a blessing, and gave them both the tools they need to be able to manage their anxiety/depression... we are so grateful you helped make it happen."
"Thank you Erin and Jess for helping me out SO MUCH! I'm taking everything you guys taught me to my every day life! This was honestly the best decision me & my family have ever made!"
