Casey Field, MA PCC
Casey Field is a Predoctoral Psychology Intern who helps individuals and couples navigate anxiety, stress, depression, mood-related challenges, and life transitions with clarity and confidence. With over 15 years of experience in personal development and well-being, Casey brings a compassionate, down-to-earth approach that blends practical tools with deeper emotional insight.
He works with adults of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ clients and those in diverse relationship structures such as polyamorous or open partnerships. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck at a crossroads, Casey offers a supportive space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface—and to move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, body-based awareness, guided imagery, and reflective conversation, Casey helps clients shift patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with meaning and self-trust. His approach is thoughtful, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when all parts of you are welcomed.
He is currently completing his PhD in Psychology at Meridian University, where he also earned his MA in Psychology. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
