Ashley E. Poklar, PhD
Dr. Poklar is a Clinical Psychologist licensed in the state of Ohio. She currently serves in the capacity of Clinical Coordinator at The Behavioral Wellness Group. She assists Dr. John Glovan, Psy.D. and other Coordinators/Supervisors in providing supervision to pre and post-doctoral level psychology trainees.
Dr. Poklar earned her bachelor’s degree in Special Education from College of Charleston, in Charleston, SC. She earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Cleveland State University. She completed her Post-Doctoral year at The Behavioral Wellness Group between the years of 2018 and 2019. Dr. Poklar has engaged in therapy and assessments in several community based agencies in the Cleveland area and completed her predoctoral internship at Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health in Canton, OH. She provides therapy and consultation services at a local private school.
