Molly Kapel, MA

Molly F. Kapel, M.A., is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology at Fielding Graduate University under the supervision and license of Dr. Erin Kotkowski. She has extensive clinical training across hospital, community, and private practice settings, specializing in pediatric and adolescent populations. Molly has provided individual and family therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, MI) and conducted comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning differences. Her experiences span multidisciplinary collaboration with psychologists, developmental pediatricians, behavior analysts, and allied health professionals.

In addition to her clinical work, Molly has a strong research background in forensic and neuropsychology, with multiple peer-reviewed presentations and publications. Her dissertation examines the relationship between traumatic brain injury, personality traits, strain, and aggression in the general population. Before pursuing psychology, Molly worked as an elementary school teacher, an experience that inspired her commitment to advancing child development and culturally responsive psychological care.
