Dr. Katherine Street (she/her) is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology supervised by Dr. Elena Zagarskas, PsyD. Katherine has a wide range of experience in various mental health settings including residential mental health and behavioral facilities and acute psychiatric facilities for both adults and children. Her unwavering commitment to mental health has been fueled by her passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Dr. Katherine earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Excelsior University. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology from American Military University and her doctoral degree is from California Southern University. Her Master’s thesis was on the connection between transgender youth and suicide, highlighting the importance of support in preventing suicide. Dr. Street’s doctoral dissertation encompassed the impact of racism on perinatal mental health. Katherine is a military veteran and doula, which manifests in her dedication for supporting others' during vulnerable life transitions.

Dr. Street uses an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from many different therapeutic modalities to support, guide, and empower her clients. Katherine tailors each person's therapy experience based on their unique individual selves.
