Insurances - Payments We Accept

BWG is considered an In-Network participant with many insurance companies. This list is only meant to be a basic guide.

Most, but not all providers are considered In Network with the insurances listed. We recommend calling your
insurance company (phone number listed on the back of your insurance card) to determine if a provider is in
network.

If you are unsure whether your therapist or doctor is covered by your insurance or managed care, or you do not see your carrier on the list below, please call your insurance company. Insurance coverage is subject to the patient's eligibility, benefits, and plan requirements.

Self Pay Client Information

If you are opting to self-pay please refer to the information below and the Good Faith Estimate forms for yearly rates:

  • At any time, if you request The Behavioral Wellness Group to discontinue using your insurance or if you opted to have the visits as self-pay, The Behavioral Wellness Group will not bill the insurance company for the remaining of the year or retroactively.
  • If the client discontinues the program without attending all 24 sessions, the balance will not be refunded if the entire payment was made up front.
  • Any refund will be issued once the provider has evaluated the account and communicated with the billing coordinator that a refund is to be issued for the appropriate amount. A refund will not be administered until the provider and billing coordinator are in agreement of the refund amount.‬
