Lisa McDonough
Lisa McDonough is a psychology trainee working towards her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. She is supervised by Dr. John Glovan, Psy.D. She offers individual and group therapy at BWG. She enjoys leading groups and is co-facilitating Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) at BWG. Lisa wants to support you in building a tool kit based on practical techniques that support your confidence to cope with the challenges that life presents. Believing that the therapeutic journey is a process and not a destination, Lisa will be your partner and champion as you navigate your way around your own authentic life map.
Lisa received her undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior and is currently enrolled at Meridian University as a third-year doctoral student.
Lisa has been an executive coach and facilitator for many years and has been coaching families and adolescents for the past 5 years. Lisa’s approach to therapy is to meet clients in the spaces where they are most comfortable where she focuses on helping them build the desired tools and capacities necessary to reveal the roadblocks keeping any of us from experiencing the life we want.
